Privacy Policy
How personal data is handled on fornasa.it.
Last updated: 9 June 2026.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is:
Martino Fornasa S.r.l. Unipersonale Registered office: Oppeano (VR), Italy VAT number: 04933090237 REA: VR-457435 Registry: Verona Email: martino@fornasa.it
For any request related to personal-data protection, please contact the controller at the address above.
2. Data processed
2.1 Visitor data
This site does not collect personal data from its visitors.
In particular:
- no identifying data (name, email, etc.) is requested or collected
- no registration or login forms are used
- no personal data about third parties is published
2.2 Traffic measurement
This site uses a traffic-analytics tool designed around privacy by design principles:
- all measurements are anonymous
- no cookies are used
- no personal data is collected
- no persistent identifiers are created
- no cross-site or cross-device tracking is performed
2.3 Cookies
This site does not use cookies, neither technical nor profiling.
To remember the language the visitor chose, the site may store a small value (it or en) in the browser's localStorage. This information stays on the visitor's device, is not transmitted to the server, and can be cleared at any time from browser settings.
2.4 Embedded videos (YouTube)
Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. The player is not loaded when the page opens: only a preview image, served from YouTube's servers, is shown, and the player is activated only when the visitor clicks the play button.
On click, the video is loaded from the youtube-nocookie.com domain (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode). From that moment, YouTube (Google LLC) may process browsing data according to its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
The same click also loads the YouTube player script, served from the youtube.com domain, which lets the site know how much of the video is played. That information is used only to record anonymous, aggregate statistics in Plausible (playback started, and how far the video was watched): these events carry no personal data, no identifiers and no cookies.
2.5 Technical logs
The hosting provider may temporarily retain technical access logs (IP address, user agent, date and time of the request) for security, diagnostics and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are not used to profile visitors and are kept only for as long as strictly necessary.
3. Purpose of processing
Anonymous traffic data is processed exclusively to:
- understand site usage in aggregate form
- improve the published content
No profiling, direct marketing, or correlation with non-public data is performed.
4. Legal basis
The processing of technical logs and anonymous measurements is based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the security, continuity and quality of the service.
5. Rights of the data subject (Arts. 15–22 GDPR)
Data subjects have the right to:
- access their data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Requests can be sent to martino@fornasa.it and will be answered within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
6. Complaint to the supervisory authority
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
